Peaches are summer fruits. They are sweet and juicy, amazing in the cakes, smoothies or in fruit salads. They have a lot of natural sugar, but still are healthy and good even for diet. I personally love them and like bake from them. Cake also contains almonds, which are a beneficial source of healthy fats and vegetal proteins.
On this peach cake, you will need
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 4 spoons dark sugar,
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 spoons sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 tablespoon baking powder and 3 peaches
In the first step, you’ll beat eggs and whip them with sugar, oil, and vanilla.
Then you’ll take a large bowl and mix flour, almond flour, baking soda and baking powder. You’ll add yogurt and both bowls mix together.
You’ll gain smooth dough, which you’ll put in a baking mold. You’ll add some riped peaches and bake the cake in the oven.
After 20 minutes it’s done. You can test it with a skewer.
Serve at room temperature with some fresh peaches.
